Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you register as a new client and complete and sign our client registration form. This information is used to communicate with you in connection with your Fundamentals 24/7 appointments

 

We may also receive personal information indirectly when you visit the Fundamentals 24/7 website (https://fundamentals-247.co.uk) by accepting cookies we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, demographics, time zone. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site.

We use the information that you have given us to communicate with you about your appointments and, if you agreed to us contacting you about any services or products that may be of interest to you and/or your dog, we may send out marketing-related communications

 

We will not share any of your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Collecting personal information is necessary for us to be able to contact you about the appointments you have scheduled as well as to ensure that we provide you and your dog with the best service possible. Collecting information is also necessary for us to be able to track orders and carry out accounting functions

 

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored on a password protected computer that is only accessible by Fundamentals 24/7 staff. Any information that may be stored “in the cloud” is stored securely on an icloud drive

 

We keep your information as long as you are an active customer. Periodic reviews will be carried out and, if you have not used our services for a period of 6 months, we will dispose of your information and history by deleting computer files

 

Sharing your personal data 

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access. You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information

• Your right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete
